So there you go. Now what?
I guess it will be back to the business of trying to eat as well as possible. As I don’t have any health-threatening diseases I can just enjoy food and keep stress levels down, because they are eating me up [haha, see what I did there]. I am going on holiday in less than three weeks and can’t be bothered with trying another elimination diet at the moment. I really want to finish my nutrition coursework before I go and maybe even write down a few Gwyneth recipes to take with me.
Eat right, exercise hard and don’t forget to chill out.
